Hello folks, this is Bill Twyford with Dwondafull.com, the most wonderful Rua State podcast ever!

All right, today you have me on the podcast. You don't have Dwond, you've got me.

So you are stuck with me. Let's get this straight here first. There we go. I want to make sure

everything looks straight and correct. Okay, today we're going to talk a little bit about what's going on.

You know, we always talk to you about real estate training. We always talk to you about, you know,

what's going on and things like that. But Dwond today is having a, you know, she's not feeling real

well. She's having a flare up and stuff like that. You know, from her arthritis, so she's just like

laying in bed going, gosh, you know what? I've got to do a podcast today. Today is Sunday. I've

got to get it to everybody so they can get it out by Tuesday. And I said, well, let me do the podcast.

And she goes, yeah, right. You're not going to do my podcast. That's my podcast. See, she's real

possessive. That's my podcast. I said, well, I get that. But I said, I know what you're going to say.

You're just going to go on there and yak for like 40 minutes. I said, I can yak for 40 minutes,

but I can yak in a different way. And she says to me, she goes, well, here's what I want you to talk

about. I said, well, I said, so you're going to give up the reins. You're going to let me ride

this horse, huh? And she goes, okay, she goes as long as you do it this way. I said, no, listen,

I have my own style. I have my own way of doing things. I can handle doing a 30 minute podcast

for your people. So because she's very protective of her people, you know, her Dwond of Dwond
