for being here. It is of course the first arse cast of 2024 how you holding up so

far things okay keeping those new years resolutions on track I hope certainly am. I sat down on January 1st, I made my strongest,

strictest, most determined New Year's resolution of all time and so far so good I have resisted the

temptation of eating an entire jar of clothes I have resolved to not eat an entire jar of clothes in 2024 or any other year and I feel like this is one that I'm going to be able to see all the way through to the end, you know, but I hope yours, which might be more beneficial to you and your life and your lifestyle, are going okay.

Those of you who are busy hitting the gym over the next week or so or maybe a couple of weeks or three weeks,

listen, by May you might have some slight regret some shame about paying the gym fee up front for 12 months as a kind of motivating

factor to make you go.

If I pay it all and won't go rather than monthly I will go.

I won't waste that money it's okay don't stress
