The impact an FTO can have as a mentor, you know, if they're proactive

So, you know, that that's what it all comes down to if we want to create a culture where it's cool to go out and hammer and have fun and put the bad people in jail. We need to be passing their torch on. We need to be passing those gifts on mentoring to anyone else who's willing to listen because even if it only sticks for a few guys, those few guys, it will change their life, it'll change your career, and the people
