Greetings. All right. So we got a lot to get to today, guys. First, I want to tell you that about our guests.

We have Rebecca Lyons on the show. Man, I was so pumped about the conversation I had with her about her new book, which is out today.

Actually, today is the release day for this book. It's called Rhythms of Renoul. And the subtitle, Straight, Trading Stress and Exit for a Life of Peace and Purpose.

That is the ultimate. There's a bigger felt need just among our generation right now. I don't know what it is.

But then, what could be bigger than dealing with stress and anxiety? And the great thing about this book and the conversation that is coming up later, I really encourage you to stick around and listen for.

I'll address really practical steps that she did to be more present in her life. And being more present has helped her really take anxiety and stress head on.
