So before we dive into today's letter about the only fans' photos, we are going to do a quick

check-in topic.

And today's check-in topic is inspired by Sam and I's parallel menti-b's, menti breakdowns that happened over the last couple weeks,

and also more specifically about how self-awareness and self-consciousness has been sort of manifesting for both of us in new and like super fun and cool ways as though I'm

like a fucking 14 year old all over again. It's like my, well, before I say that, I'll just

say, you know, Sam and I just had like some stressful weeks recently, personally, professionally,

et cetera. And we were both just like sort of bonding

over this season of our life that like, even as our self-awareness and our growth journeys,

like continue and ebb and flow as we get older and we get more tools in our fucking toolbell

and we're doing the work and and we're showing up.

Despite all of that, it's like our anxiety manifests in like new and creative ways.
