I wrote that once and I was like, this is kind of funny.

I was going to say, we're talking about pork tenderloin sandwich. Yeah. No, it's not pork tenderloin sandwiches. It's pork tenderloin sandwich. That's right. We ate it and you can't have any. So this was my first time having a pork tenderloin sandwich. Oh. I understand that these are like something you make regularly.

Yeah, let's talk about it. Let's talk about this.

I would never think to make something like this.

So I mean, it does kind of destroy the kitchen.

Yeah, because you have to, you have to shallow fry.

Yeah.

And like I did, I did three of them because Acott's D is home from college and so I made

them a one.

So I had like two pans going to have enough surface area. This is a fried, breaded meat sandwich. And yeah, it is, it is like a bit of a production to make it home. The particular way that you make it is typical of, uh, the, the Iowa skinny. Yes. Right. We'll get it. Mr. anatomy is going to come by later to talk about that name. Oh, great. Okay. So I guess what I want to know here on memory lane. So I think it goes without saying I have no memory lane. Okay. But. Because of amnesia. That's exactly right. Let's hope that I don't have aphasia during this episode as well. But anyway, Matthew, how did you

encounter this? Because if you said to me, hold on, if you said to me just straight up, pork tenderloin sandwich, straight up, pork tenderloin sandwich. I'm picturing the way that my parents made pork tenderloin when I was a kid, which was roasted. Roasted. Yeah. It was a very, I feel like that was a very like 90s thing.
