We've all come down with this kind of cold, didn't I mean, I'm sat here with a lem sip in the middle

of summer, bunged up it seems like every

other week we're doing the show at the minute I'm all bung up so I did listen to last

week's show and we both sanded really bung up and now a week later I'm slightly less bunged up and you're slightly more

bung up. Well I was laughing about that because I was chatting to Ralph the jogler who won the

Edinburgh Marathon place I was chatting to him last night and he said oh you know you really captured the feeling of the

the race when you were doing the race report. I said that's because it was only 24 hours previously. We were absolutely battered We weren't lying in bed because we wanted

to lie in bed. We were lying in bed because we needed to be there. But yeah, I've been brilliant.

I've been just yesterday I did two interviews for the show and they're both

amazing nothing to do with me I'm not blowing their and trumpet but the
