Are we going out foraging for some wild mushrooms?

I kind of wish we were, but we're not.

We went foraging at the grocery store.

For some supermarket mushrooms, which, you know, as far as things you get in the supermarket

go, not that bad. Not that bad and really consistent.

Yeah, totally. So I want to talk about four kinds of mushrooms that you find in pretty much every

supermarket these days I think.

So you got your craminis, your buttons,

your, is that what they're called?

Or white mushrooms, button mushrooms?

But you can also get a brown button mushroom which to me is a krimini.

Is that okay?
