All right, yeah, nice rest day. Nice and early in the race after three days, but

quite a nice line this morning. Yeah, we both did, didn't we? We both went to

just gone 10, set our alarm for 10 o'clock and woke up with it. Yeah, and then that for a while.

Wow, it was nice, but um, the day's gone super faster, haven't it? Like, I always do that,

when you wake up late, the day's just gone. We went on the bikes after 11,

did hour and a half, did the last 30k of tomorrow. Um, lunch, you're lying in bed for an hour,

you get a massage. And here we are. Here we are. Didn't I only go bed again?

It turned you to bed last night.

So we had the flight, didn't we, straight into the race? So we all jumped on a bus with

our care and bike exchange. Once the airport with them, jumped on a plane, there was just

just three teams on it on that plane. Yeah. And then flew here, I think we got here by

Corbus 10. And I think I was probably asleep by, read a bit of my book, got a book from Daniel

Frebe, yeah, with IITV, about Janurik. It's just, uh, it's pretty nuts actually, just

transports me back to being like teenager again, you know. We're going to, we're going to do a trade

with the books, don't we? Yeah, because I got Steve Carman's book and you got Janurik's. So when

when you're done, we're going to swap, we'll take you a little while, won't it? You struggle

with the big words and stuff. Oh, there's some long words, isn't it, to be fair, yeah?

Yeah, so when you're done, we'll have a, we'll have a trade. So anyway, yeah, I was asleep by

about midnight anyway. Yeah, so it's a good all-rest day. So yeah, three days in the pocket,
