1:07.4	Okay so my name is Alex Kovaleski I am a strength coach with barbell medicine
1:12.0	obviously I started training about 12 years ago when I was playing football and then I had to do powerlifting in the off season and then I was like you know what I like this powerlifting stuff a lot more than I like the football stuff so once I graduated high school I decided to start learning more about just
1:39.8	lifting, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, stuff like that while I was in physical therapist
1:45.8	assistant school and that's kind of what led me down the rabbit hole and I discovered research
1:50.4	and now we're here I guess.
1:53.0	It started from the bottom.
1:54.0	Yeah, it started from the bottom now we're here exactly.
1:56.0	Yeah, so you're in the process of applying to medical school?
2:00.0	Not quite yet, but I'm doing my prerequisites for medical school. I just finished my bachelor's degree in Allied health care management and now I'm doing all my physics chemistry, O-chem, all that stuff.
