Well, so why are we talking about meatballs today?

Meatballs are tasty.

They're bite-sized, they're meaty, they're delicious when done done right and that doesn't always happen.

I have a philosophical question for you.

Okay.

So I happen to know that you don't really care for meatloaf.

I don't.

So why do you like meatballs what's the difference between meat

balls and meat loaf I think it has to do well partly the size because they're

You said they were handsome little buddies or something.

Partly the size, and then partly, you know, meatloaf is always cooked in, you know,

in a hot oven whereas a meatball can be braised in

sauce and it's it you know it can come out so much juicier than any meatloafide.

That's true. So we've we made a couple of kinds of meatballs and we ate them and we're going to tell you about them. Let's go through our meatball philosophy starting with the meat. How about that? what do you think of that so um you know

for the the meatballs that I'm going to be discussing today I used pork and

beef but the truth is, and we're talking here about like a

spaghetti and meatball kind of meatball.
