Welcome to Citizen. We have a very special guest today, Mr. Jeff Tucker. Tell us about yourself.

Well, gosh. Give me the long version.

Well, I'm a retired firefighter by trade. That was my first profession. It's been 10 years

as an operation and 10 years as an arson bomb investigator. That was my first professional career.

Outside of that, I've just kind of been a serial entrepreneur doing things I enjoyed doing.

And what are you doing now?

Well, right now I'm doing a lot of development. I'm in a little town in central Texas called Brownwood,

took an oldest gun stores and hardware stores in Texas and converted into the microbrewery.

We created Texas landmark out of this building. It was built in 1888.

Gunstore was open here in 1876 across the street. I've got a 12-story hotel next door to this.

It worked in developing as well and turning it back into a historic preservation.

It was built in 1928. So that's keeping me up right now.

And before we started recording, you said your hunting lodge there is kind of a no-mage to Mr.

Teddy Roosevelt, who I believe was president. He's back over my shoulder here.

I wrote a lot of papers about him when I was in college. I kind of figure.

I'm talking about being a son. I think he was quite a citizen.
