Yeah. Anyway, so, yes, somehow we arrived at this topic and I was really pleased to discover this morning that my grocery stores, my local grocery store still sells edible flowers in a little clamshell,

which I don't know that I've ever bought these.

I had no idea this product existed.

I think I assumed this was something you could only get at like a farmer's market or, like,

nature.

Well, I mean, I guess this is a good entry point for Memory Lane because I associate edible flowers with like the rise of baby lettuce salads, like, you know, mesclin mix. You would get this like baby lettuce salad and it might have like a few flowers strewn through it and it just always seemed weird

to eat the flowers yeah no when i say like like uh it's something i've never really thought about

like it's not that i was unfamiliar with the concept and not even that i've never eaten a flower
