So, Aisha, I think you probably wanted a different adjective for that, uh, for that initial question. That was, uh was quite an bizarre order from from Judge Cannon.

Yeah can we just describe him he was pretty short it basically instructed both parties to come up with proposed jury instructions.

I mean we're pretty far from that but maybe that normal. But what was also unusual is that she outlined kind of two different scenarios,

both of which, I kind of considered the Presidential Records Act as some form of defense

or factual question to be determined by a jury.

Neither of that made sense to me.

Yeah, so just to kind of set the stage here a little bit.

Jury instructions are something

that the parties proposed usually weeks before trial.

There's a trial date that gets set far in advance.

And a certain number of weeks out, the judge will have a pretrial conference.

Usually there'll be a date, maybe two, three, whatever, four weeks out from the trial,

or the judge will say say jury instructions are due on
