So, Ostra has a pretty big day yesterday in New York.

Quite a lot going on in court.

Obviously we had, as we just referenced a minute ago,

the Court of Appeals decision regarding the size

and timing of the bond for Donald Trump in the civil fraud case brought by the attorney general.

There was also a hearing in the Manhattan DA case that was pretty consequential as well.

Yeah, so I was pretty depressed after I heard the news from the appeals court.

It just feels like, I mean, maybe this would be true for any defendant.

And of course it is an unusually large judgment, but still it's sort of like it just feels like he gets breaks and gets treated differently than I think an ordinary defendant but maybe I'm wrong.

I don't know.

Okay, yeah, I don't think it's worthy of being depressed about.
