So Renato, is the judge's dismissal of six of the charges against Trump in Georgia, a huge win for him and his co-defendants?

So, Asha, I think when there was a ruling, I know when I got a producer, TV producer

texting me that there's going to be a ruling today out of Georgia and I needed to be on standby.

I was thinking it was going to be that disqualification motion, right?

That we've all been talking about everyone was interested in.

The TMI hearing is what I think we should call it.

Exactly.

No doubt, no doubt.

But instead it was actually a motion that was being resolved that was challenging, essentially,

whether or not the indictment was, had specific allegations that were sufficient enough to put the defendants on notice.

And I actually thought the ruling from the judge was very careful, considered and measured. I've been very impressed with the judge on this case. I think has generally done a good

job. And on this one, essentially what the judge was saying is this was relating to certain counts in which

it's actually a crime in Georgia to solicit people to violate their

oath so office and there were some challenges relating to the
