And I want to thank the two Onyins as well, my friends. This episode might be the most special episode

I've participated in in the human diagnosis collaboration. And the reason for that is if you go back and listen to our most recent episode,

myself, Christina, Ryan, we made a diagnostic error.

And we performed the cognitive autopsy.

We learned from that, we learned so many facts from that case and we improved our

diagnostic skill. But the reason this is so special is because Christina and Ryan and myself

had the audacity to take on another case together. And, and, you know, I shouldn't even say audacity.

This should be the norm. Don't, don't let a mistake discourage you from the practice of medicine.

It's best to make these mistakes in this sort of simulated atmosphere.

But the mistake made happen in real practice.

And that's expected.

What's not okay is not learning from your mistake.

So I just, this episode is so special for me because both Ryan and Christina share my philosophy.

And I encourage you to share that philosophy too,

is that it's okay to make mistakes, learn from those mistakes,

and just have the boldness to keep pushing forward.
