I'm finding peace, Natalie. I think for years I was in chaotic relationships. I was living in New York. I had a really stressful time. And lately, you know what I'm doing is gardening and cooking homemade food, lighting candles and saying my thanks. I love it. I'm having no drama. Nothing goes on. It's kind of boring and I like it

that way. And you're like, what's going on? Amber? I'm like, well, I'm going to make some tuna stakes

today and that's like my biggest thing. Yeah. That's, I don't think boredom does this really bad.

I mean, I think boredom is bad if you want to fill it with like,

by putting cigarettes out on your arm. Right. Or like drugs and alcohol and chaos, you know. But that's another thing to learn of peace is if you feel like you're bored, maybe you're addicted to some kind of trauma or chaos and to like unlearn that. It takes a while. But then you're like, wow, it's nice to just garden.

Also, same with the, it's sort of the trauma slash blessing of being self-employed is that you make your

own hours. And so sometimes you think that being calm or at peace at all means that you are going to be

homeless. Right. Yes, I get that all the

time too. Yeah, which is, rest is part of the work sometimes. That's true. You know, isn't that,

isn't that great, everybody? Welcome to someplace underneath them, Natalie Jean. I'm Amber Nelson. So tell us

this ghost business, Natalie. Oh, there's no ghost business. I wish that there was. I just wanted to know if you believed in ghosts.

Oh, yeah, absolutely. Yeah, you actually, that's right. You once told me in our old apartment, you walked in, you said, oh, there's many spirits in here, like the first second you walked through the doorway. And, you know, what a thing to hear right if you buy an apartment. Oh,

it's haunted. We didn't buy it. And you know what? I don't care about it. Fuck it. Burn it down.

But somebody said that, like, they were walking in the parking garage and a man was sprinting

at them full speed. Oh, my apartment building, yeah. Disappeared. And I was like like I knew it yeah our neighbor told us that he was not a ghost believer no so that's when you know what's real I know I'm not I think a lot of times the the ghosts and religion get intermingled like if you're religious that's you believe in ghosts but I actually I'm not a religious person but I do believe that there could be something like a ghost because

we don't know what it is. So it could be a lot of things, you know. Yeah. It could be some sort of astral

projection, could be alien related. You know, we don't know what these things are. So take that.

Take that spirits. Sometimes I have to like hold back on what I really want to say, Natalie, because we were in like an Airbnb.

So like we're at an Airbnb and I wanted to be like, a child died here.

But instead I said, oh, it's nice.
