I always say his name incorrectly and I always can't spell it. But he is a 10th Planet Black Belt. We've actually had him on the show before. We had a good time when he's such an easy guy to talk to. He's a fun dude to talk to, so we wanted to have him back on. So fun podcasts, we talked about a lot of different stuff. in particular maybe something you guys might find interesting is we started talking about combat jihitsu

of, you know, just kind of movement drills, muscle activation drills, kind of just anything to get you really primed ready to move. So basically, like, because I get questions all the time about people wanting a good warm-up. So this is like something that, like, if say someone wants like a good warm up for jihitsu or for tournaments, because I know that's a big one, like how to warm for tournaments, things like that, would this be good for them?
