All right, today on the show, my guest is Aubrey Frent the Way.

She just placed 12th at the Chicago Marathon.

She was the fourth American to finish running a 227.

She also ran a 227 at the Grandma's marathon this past summer. She debuted the marathon

last year in Chicago running 235 and she really dialed in her nutrition since then and figured

out how to best fuel for the marathon. In this episode, we talk about jumping to the marathon at a young age. She's only

a couple years removed from college. She ran at BYU with Coach Diljee Taylor, and now she is

running with Ed I. Stone's group, so she trains with McKenna Myler, Kira Damado, Emily Venters, and has so many great things to say about that group.

She's also a math teacher.

So she teaches math to middle school students as well.

She runs for Sokini, and she's already excited to get after it for her next marathon.
