And I'm Sam Blackwell.

And today we're going to answer a letter from somebody who is wondering how to get over cheating on someone.

But before we begin, we just want to give you our Surgeon General's warning, which is that Sierra and I are not licensed mental health practitioners. Correct. We are not professionals. We are not trained in any of this. We are not mental health therapist people. No. We're just two people with microphones who love therapy. It's like literally all you have to do to be a podcaster is you just have to buy a microphone.

And even you don't even have to. And figure out how to like upload. Yeah, you don't. You just use your phone. That's true. Anyway, we don't know what we're talking about, but professionals do. They do. So please. We should be talking to them. Please use our advice as you see fit. We are only here to offer our humble musings to hopefully shed some understanding and maybe

some laughs about the incredibly rewarding, but mostly confusing experience that is love.

But first, it's Monday.

So we're going to do a very quick check and topic before we dive into today's letter.

The check and topic is actually inspired by my day job.

Yep.

I am working at Planned Parenthood.

I've been there for over a year now.

I work directly in the clinic.

And I've also started assisting in our risk and quality

management department. And when I say department, it's me and another cool lady.

Love that.

Anyway, yeah, I'm not going to get into it just for privacy purposes, but like something that I'm talking about a lot of work

has made me think so much about my relationships, my internal growth and our show, obviously.

And so risk and quality management is an approach to identify and address like potential or existing threats that could

impede an organizational objective, whether that be safe and quality medical care, loss of

profit, you know, like, you know, whatever. It's just risk and quality
