1:23.2	So we thought we'd go back to the hummus drawing board and work on a new version.
1:27.7	It's different from the previous version in that that version was just a creamy hummus.
1:31.9	Sort of a homogenized blended thing.
1:34.9	And this version is topped with kind of a roasted red pepper relish of sorts on the top.
