The Hey all you beautiful people and welcome to the Glorious in the

mundane podcast I'm your host Christy Knox I hope this episode find you well

happy all things fall including a little lift in the temperatures like we were all hoping for

last episode. We've at least had some days of getting to pull out, you know, a long sleeve shirt,

a pair of boots, and just, you you know not feel like you're just totally striving

Well as many of you know I've been out on the road with my sweet friend Jenny Allen for the Freedom Project tour and we've had so much fun being back together out on the

road with this team and that's really because we actually all just love each other.

I also love it because I actually feel like myself when I get to lead with Jenny and

honestly that can be a rare thing sometimes. There's not many tours that I get to

lead worship and sing lullabies all in one night and feel like it's actually a fit.

And the word that God has put on Jenny's heart for this tour has just been incredible.

She's been talking about spiritual warfare, which is not a light subject I know, but she's specifically been focusing

on how the enemy goes after our minds, and it has been super powerful and super practical

all at the same time, and it's actually making me super

excited about her new book that's coming out next year called Get Out of Your

Head Stop the Spiral of Toxic Thoughts and this isn't like an advertisement this is just because she's my

friend I've been hearing her teach on this so it's available right now for pre-order

and I think you're gonna want to get a hold of it I'm saying. I love how incredibly honest Jenny is with

women and I can say that behind the scenes with her she really does care about

women and she's out here touring for the right reasons. Helping women get set free by the power of God's word.

And I will say this, traveling is not easy, but I do love it when I feel a sense of purpose and

what I'm getting to be a part of and when I'm traveling.
