Okay, and this episode is called Morang.

Here we are.

We're discussing Morang.

Yeah, which is a thing that I don't know a lot about,

but I did some research.

And now I'm an expert.

Well, so it's interesting because I hadn't thought

about Morang in a long time.

There was an era when, well, I think when I felt more connected to like like

France and French cooking when I would have said that moorangs were one of my favorite things to eat

Sure, but I haven't thought about it in a long time. Okay, but here is what the

first thing that came to mind when I thought about Memory Lane. So when I was, you know, when I was in college and I was living with a host family in Paris, there was a Boulangerie down the street. It was like a just a good neighborhood Boulangerie, not super special or anything.

They had this like absolutely wild looking sweet thing that I bought, I think early on in my stay there I think mostly out of

curiosity it looked like a ball coated in chocolate frosting and chocolate
