Let's dive into this week's episode. How to overcome masturbation.

will be listening as you will be watching. Now, masturbation is an experience of sexual orgasm

produced by self-stimulation for sexual arousal and pleasure.

Word masturbation is not mentioned in the Bible, nor is abortion or heroin or cocaine,

but the idea is mentioned, and we're going to address them.

There's an old joke that 98% of people masturbate and the other 2% are lying.

You know, maybe 98% is a little bit exaggerated, but in reality is one survey says that over

70% of men and 40% of women admitted to having masturbated at some point in their life.

A lot of people say that well, masturbation, especially people who are not believers, they say

things like masturbation is not wrong because are not believers, they say things like

masturbation is not wrong because it offers me an innocent way to fulfill sexual desire when there is no partner available.

And that's the view that some Christians hold, and especially people who are not of Christian faith.

But you must understand is that masturbation removes the sexual expression from its intended purpose.

Masturbation is really a solo sex where orgasm is removed from the purpose of creating intimacy

and reduced to a simple chemical release. And you may say, well, I don't see anything wrong with it.

But we're going to dive into some scriptures and also we're going to talk about how to overcome this habit and this addiction. In 1 Corinthians chapter 7, verse 8 and 9, Paul says, but I say to the unmarried and to the widows, it is good for them if they remain even as I am. But if they cannot exercise self-control, let them, it doesn't say let them masturbate. It says let them marry, but it is better to marry
