now at the University of Minnesota, and not just a great coach, but a great human being. And I'm really excited for this episode because I know Chad, I know his heart, and he'll peel back the layers. And he's going to give it to you real and honest. And I think that's where coaches get better. They get help. He's going to be able to talk about things you're dealing with on a regular basis. And he's been around some amazing coaches, things he's learned he's had success huge success

as a head coach huge success as an assistant coach done it at all different levels and in different

places great family man great friend chad i appreciate you coming on and being willing to share

with coaches thanks for having me it's great to catch up with you guys again.

And, yeah, just so thankful for what you guys do.

I was just actually thinking about it last night.

Just how amazing.

What a resource you've been to so many people and myself included.

And I'm just really excited to catch up with y'all.

Yeah, Chad, this is going to be fun so you know let's start here about 10 years ago we were doing a coaching clinic in Charlotte

North Carolina and my wife Sarah you know never goes to our clinics except if they're in

Atlanta and she happened to be able to come with me that weekend and I'm now looking back I My wife, Sarah, you know, never goes to our clinics except if they're in Atlanta.

And she happened to be able to come with me that weekend.

And I'm now looking back, I don't think that was a coincidence.

And this morning I was saying, hey, I'm about to record with Chad Warner.

And, you know, you know, that was, I said, that was a, when you sat in his session, that was a pretty impactful session.

And she goes, no, that was pivotal.
