Okay, so we are continuing on the behind the mic series with Sarah Bowen-Shay, who is the co-founder and chief brand director for another mother runner. Now another mother runner is truly truly an

OG in this space. They started 15 years ago. They have so many training programs and groups

as well as events and retreats that they do. They have a podcast called

another mother runner. And they have really like paved the way for what podcasting and

business in this industry really could look like. I've really looked up to them over the years.

And Sarah and I and Demody have gotten to meet in

person a few times and it's always been such an honor to talk with them and get to know them

on a deeper level. Okay, so we do talk about podcasting in this episode, but Sarah and I are both

very passionate pickleball players these days and she saw that I was

pickleballing recently and thought, hey, why don't we do a crossover episode about pickleballing?

Well, I already had it on my to do list to email her to see if she would come back on the

podcast for the behind the mic

series. So you're getting a little bit of both today. It's like a dual episode. We're both

putting this on our podcast feeds. And we are talking a lot about pickleball. So if that's not

interesting to you, well, you should give it a try because it is so much fun and

brings me so much happiness. And maybe if you're not interested in playing pickleball,

you can learn a little bit about it because it is definitely all the rave right now. I actually

just joined my second league. I did a beginner league and now I'm doing like a more advanced

league which we're totally getting crushed but it's super fun. Um, so listen, no fear. This

podcast is always going to be mostly running. But today you're getting a lot of pickleball talk.
