Summary

Glenn is a self taught runner who didn't even begin training until after college. Learning on the fly, he progressed to a low 15 minute 5k and 4:12 mile over the course just a few years. From there, he was signed by the Spartan Pro Team in 2014 and has been an OCR racer ever since.  Our longest episode yet, and you will not regret staying until the end! Glenn is one of the best people we have ever met in this sport, but he has also overcome some pretty incredible life obstacles along the way. If you don't know Glenn's story, buckle up!

stuff yeah a lot of it was just practicality for me and because like uh with all the family and work commitments going on and not having like a travel

1:00.6

budget by Spartan anymore that ended a few years ago so just making it more practical so like

1:06.4

trying to do races that are in driving distance and I found that between um yeah a lot of the

1:12.4

California or Vegas Arizona races it was like the supers ended up being there's a handful of

1:18.7

supers that could be doable and with the driving distance and then there's also the slow super

1:26.3

um I guess that it got to November, of course.
