Welcome to the Hardwood Hustle. Full team here. We got Sam and Lisa and we're going to talk

leadership. We've talked leadership before, but there's so many different angles you can come

from and talk about when it comes to leadership.

And you probably honestly can never talk about it enough.

I mean, so much of your season is going to hinge on leadership, how well you, your staff, your team develops leaders.

That's going to be crucial to your success.

And we've heard it said before that like you can't go much

further than the leadership can take you. And so we should constantly be working on leadership.

Sam, I recently did a small piece on leadership talking about the superpower of leadership and how

important it is to make sure that

you have some level of self-awareness because it's really hard to grow as a leader.

And it's really hard to grow leaders if they don't have self-awareness.

I'll give you an example.

We've probably all come across a player that on the court

or off the court, we saw a glaring weakness and we knew we could help them, but they wouldn't

get helped or receive the help because they didn't have the self-awareness to even recognize that
