Today we're talking to Angie and Trevor Spencer.

They are truly one of the very first

ever running podcasts around. They started Marathon Training Academy way back in the day, I think like

maybe 2010. Seriously, so long ago. They have grown their business. They've traveled all over

the world running and doing events with Marathon Training Academy.

They took their own coaching service and expanded it. And now they have a ton of Marathon

training academy coaches and options. If you're looking for a great coach and community,

you can find that at Marathon Training.com. They are a married couple. They have three boys and Angie has run so many

marathons, 72, including six ultras. She's a PR of 319. She's run a marathon in every state.

And also, get this, she's also qualified for Boston in every state. That is so cool.

She's a USATF level one and our RCA level two certified running coach.

And Trevor, who is the person who puts together all these episodes, he's the editor of

their podcast and co-founded Marathon Training Academy with Angie.

He once hated running and now has completed 24

marathons of 50K and 27 half marathons. He's run all over the world, Germany, Austria, Switzerland,

Italy, France, Belgium, Japan, the UK, Slovakia. He loves using running to explore the world

and meet people around the world and share stories on the marathon training
