Welcome to Our Hen House. This is Jasmine Singer. And this is Marianne Sullivan. And we're so glad that you have joined us this week because Marianne's guest is super special, really incredible advocate, Carolina Galvani, who is the founder and CEO of Synergia and Imal

International. She is going to be telling us what's happening for farmed animals and veganism in

Brazil and elsewhere in the global south. And I am so excited. This was a really thrilling interview

for me because we just too often don't hear from what's going on

in other countries and particularly in the countries in the global south and there's a lot going on

and that is due to a substantial part to work like Synergia Animal's doing and it really made me feel really good to hear of all that's going on.

We ask them all sorts of embarrassing questions and try to reveal intimate secrets.

Right. That's what we do. We try and catch them so that they accidentally tell us something they didn't mean to.
