Our guest this week is Troy Batesi.

He is an environmental historian who thinks about animals and the climate and in general

about the mess we have gotten ourselves into and how we can maybe get out from it with a vegan

and Marxist perspective. That's what he's bringing to the table. This is like a, this sounds like a big

interview. I'm excited, but I'm also a little intimidated. Oh, this is one of our smarty pants

interviews. He's a scholar at Harvard and I learned a lot listening to him. And he has

big ideas, and I really, really enjoyed it. Well, I'm excited because I think he has some fascinating

insight that might just blow your mind. And he's also joining us this week for the bonus segment.
