Hey, Mikey, how's it going?

Pretty good, Neil? Pretty good. Jumping right in. I see this morning that we have a couple of exclusives. One of particular interest is the Apple quote apple car something about but motor noises coming out of their

Facility there was going on I thought it was an electric car Neil yeah that's

something that a lot of people are saying in the comments and stuff which I

never said that the motor noises were necessarily coming from an apple car is just the site where we know that they're working on some sort of automotive project

There's a lot of construction going on there as well, so more likely that it's related to some of that but I suppose it's possible that they have a prototype with an engine there or something I don't know I don't know what's going on there specifically which is why we report on it put it out there

But it's a site that Apple has taken over. They lease seven buildings there and

there have been a number of improvements that have been done. We through our

research have found permits approving auto work area garage

repair garage all kinds of automotive related stuff there and digging around this week found that a resident who lives in a neighborhood adjacent to the facility

actually sent in a complaint to the city code enforcement saying that there were motor noises coming from the property late at night.

So just one of those kind of interesting tidbits.

As I said in the story, that there's a lot of construction going on there. Apple was also approved

to put up a 10-foot fence with gates around the property to keep out prying eyes and that

sort of thing. So a lot of potential for noise from a lot of things there.

But we do know that there is something automotive going on there to some extent, whether it's

carplay related or Project Titan or what, who knows. Hmm.

And, well, I mean, we still don't know.
