Last time, we followed the Corsican privateers Juan and Blas Miguel Corso, while they hunted and attacked

French and English pirates in the West Indies.

Now they certainly didn't isolate their attacks to pirates and privateers.

In fact, most of their raids were against merchants and fishermen

and the like. Still though, as far as their commissions were concerned, they were to act as

Coast Guard, patrolling Spanish waters for smugglers and pirates.
