So yeah, it's been really nice to get out and enjoy the sun.

Yeah, I have been enjoying a little bit of sunshine too. In fact, one of the things I've been wanting to do for a while, and so I did as I went and loved it. It was last Saturday, didn't run, instead I went for a walk and walked from home, really enjoyed it, you know, spent probably seven hours out, which is a long time, I know. Does it count as exercise? Of course always. It's a long walk isn't it?
