We're going to talk about four different topics and how important they are to the success of a season.

And here they are.

I'll just throw them out at you.

And the style today coaches as you listen will be sharing an idea and then me talking asking tj kind of to speak into it

and tj it comes down to this you know what offense and what defense we run matters it does what

decisions we make late game and adjustments we make in a game matter it do all that matters so this

isn't a but comment. Oftentimes,

though, standards, accountability, and how we react to adversity during a season and throughout

the season will determine really how far we're going to go and what type of success we're going to

have.

So let me say that again, standards, accountability, adversity.

And then I would throw this fourth one in, which is how you weave it all in, which is teaching.

How do you teach through all of that?

Teach the life lessons, teach the X's and O's, teach.
