much for joining today. What a cool conversation we have with first time Paralympian Lindy Markison.

She competed in the Paris Paralympics this year, placing sixth in the 100 meter T63 division, and eighth in the

long jump T63. One of her career highlights is she broke the American record in the 100 meter

T63 during the 2024 U.S. Paralympic team trials. Lindy grew up an athlete. She competed in gymnastics, went on to

compete in bodybuilding in college, and in 2017, Lindy was in a horrific car accident, causing

her to lose her right leg. This happened shortly after her wedding, right as she was beginning to build a new life for

herself. In this episode, Lindy shares with us how she builds her strength to become the fastest

ever above-me amputee woman in the U.S. A lot of resilience in this conversation. And I know that if you get as much out of it as I did, you're going to walk away,
