But actually for me it's quite rewarding when you have the strength to leave something and I know

you know life just works differently and it's healthy to do different things and Tom and I often joked about Tom doing things in five year stints and then going off and doing something else.

And lots of people get so stuck wearing the same set of slippers for a long time, you know, that they, do

I mean, they just don't have the confidence sometimes to wear anything different.

And Tom's got busy with Park Run and Tony you know love

Tony loads and Tony's you know life you know Tony Mrs Ruth I think and a lot of those things have been really complicated for Tony and so although it's hard to see them both go
