Hey everybody, welcome to all have another podcast with Lindsay Hein. I'm your host Lindsay. Thanks for joining us today. Normally on this podcast, I interview runners, both professional runners, coaches, everyday runners. And we are doing a series where we're highlighting athletes in other sports. And I'm really excited about this interview with Kendall Chase.

Kendall is a U.S. Olympian in rowing, and she now coaches. She's an assistant coach at MIT

for their rowing team. And wow, I learned so much about the sport of rowing in this conversation.

I think because I've read the book and watched the movie Boys in the Boat,

I think sport is such a beautiful thing, and to learn more about all these different sports

that we get to watch and especially get to see more highlighted during an Olympic year has

been really fun.
