The show was actually recorded late 2025.

And I feel like shit during this episode and was out of commission for a couple days after this conversation.

I think all the running around, coaching sports, being around sick people and sick kids,

going to bed late, waking up early, gym, workouts, basketball, soccer, all that stuff,

finally caught up to me and I got that one sickness I get a year where it just kicks my ass. And

like most of us, I'm sure, you never really appreciate being healthy until you're stuck in bed.

And somebody like me who is always go, go, go, go, being stuck in bed for a day or two, not

being able to have the energy to play with your kids,

or go to the gym, or just do all the things you want to do throughout the day.

It's really difficult.

But I'm back.

I'm feeling better.
