If you, someone just indicate any interest in a third party candidate, all of the centrists come out of the woodwork saying, well, they're not even on the ballot.

They don't even run, which is silly for a lot of reasons, but including the fact that the Democratic Party works overtime to ensure that that's the case.

So can you give us a little bit of context for these sorts of shenanigans

and how effective they have been historically in keeping Greens from even participating in democracy?

So they did this to Dr. Stein and myself in the 2024 election. They sued to have us removed

from the ballots. So you could end up voting for us in 47 states,

but there were a handful of states where you couldn't even write us in because they had sued

to keep us even from being right in candidates. We won three of the four suits against them

for electoral access that they tried to spring right before the election. Those were emergency

lawsuits. The thing is, is that the Republicans,

like if you take George Bush and Al Gore, right, or Donald Trump, they like to try to steal the

election after the election. Democrats like to steal the election before the election by keeping

people that can beat them off the ballot. And that's what this is about, is that the polling shows that I'm eight points behind the Democrat leaders right now.

And so you might have noticed the messaging that was going out all week for the last 10 days saying there are too many people in the field.

You're going to end up with two Republican candidates.

We have to whittle the field.

The Secretary of State and Judge Argus were sent to whittle the field.

They were sent to get me off the ballot.

And the reason is, is because they know they're vulnerable.

We published statistics on my social media feed that showed people talk about greens don't run between other elections nonsense. Published statistics indicate that Greens have won 57% of the

elections for which we have stood for office at mayor and lower nationwide in the last three years.
