Thank you. What a wonderful introduction. It's really good to see you, Brie. It's always such a pleasure, especially because, Ronnie, as we were just talking about a little bit before we started recording, you are actually giving us this report from Lebanon.

Yeah, yeah, I'm speaking to you from Lebanon.

I live in Beirut, but I also, like, I'm from the mountains, so I've kind of been between the two places because Bayruits really intense and stressful right now.

And so it's just been a crack. I can't believe we're a month into this. And I can talk about like the political scene of what's happening

here. I can talk about what it's like to be on the ground. But one thing I haven't really shared,

and I don't want to make this about me because there's people who are, I mean, I'm a privileged person here.

There's people who are suffering immensely. They've been displaced from their homes. Their homes have been destroyed. They've lost family. They've been injured themselves. There's, you know, over 1,200 people have been killed. But just on like a basic level, you know, I watched Gaza happen and I'm not, there's parts of Lebanon that are being treated like Gaza and I'm saying I'm experiencing personally the Gaza model, but just being peripheral to that has been so

stressful. I've never experienced this most stress in my entire life. Like, I don't know if this is too

much information. I don't really care at this point. I got my period like 20 days late because I was so stressed out,

which sounds like, oh, like that really sucks, but so did a lot of other women I'm friends with.

It's like the things this does to your body, you go into survival mode and stop like functioning
