On this week's show we've got the second part of our interview with legendary British runner Ron Hill.

There's some news and results from the world of marathons,

including stopping for a wee with half a mile to go.

plus our competition winners, Fabulous is kicked off.

Training talks about being creative, you rant and rave and we winner of the week and

of course Tony tells us how he's doing but first Tom how are you doing I am doing

great we had cross-country at the weekend we came last again the boys I can't believe it

We're doing really well and we're turning out great teams, but we got promoted last year

I'm afraid we're getting a little bit of a kicking and we were seventh out of seven again in event four out of five so we need a little bit of a

turnaround for event number five I think relegation may be inevitable there was however an

unbelievable sprint finish from K Fawcett in the girls who I think finished second or third out of 11 in their in their league

And Kay entered the the finish bit. It was like a 300-yard grass track like grass oval and she was it was she was

fairly near the back and it was just her and one other girl who had a couple of people running with her

and was about 40 yards ahead and the whole place because all the most the runners had

finished everyone was screaming and it was just getting closer and closer and it

went crazy and she did her right on the line so it it was really good. Well done to Kay for a fantastic

sprint finish and another point for the girls team who are doing so well. I've also been running with

Noel Thatcher and Noel came up to have a chat about the visually impaired event we're going to be doing on March 5th,

Saturday March 5th, in a little run-round park run course in Leeds to check it out,

which is, that's going to be great.
