This week, I speak with Andrew Gazdecki.

He's the founder of MicroAquire.

Talk a lot about bootstrapping a two-sided marketplace in a competitive industry.

And Andrew talks about the future plans for MicroAquire.

I didn't know much about Andrew before chatting with him today,

but it turns out that he grew a SaaS app,

essentially bootstrapped it. He raised only $100,000,

and he grew it to $10 million in annual recurring revenue.

It's an app called Business Apps, a B-I-Z, N-E-S-S-Aps.com,

started building it in college, sold it in 2018, and he described it to me as Weebley or Wix for mobile apps, and it's still operating

and serving customers, but pretty impressed with that as a background. That gives some

credibility for someone, you know, to be able to build an app to that level and then exit.

And we don't spend too much time app to that level and then exit.

And we don't spend too much time talking about that part of the story. We focus on micro acquire,

which is a website that helps match buyers and sellers of smaller software and e-commerce startups. And you'll hear a little bit of that story of him thinking of and then launching

micro choir and then bootstrapping that two-sided marketplace, right? Getting both sides of the

marketplace and thinking about, you know, what is the value that he's trying to offer that's

different than all the other offerings already available on the markets to help smaller,

early stage, mostly bootstrapped,
