How are you big tea?

Well I'd say that I'm between us a seven and eight out of ten Tom which is always a nice place to be how

about you on the scale of zero to ten well I think like you toad I'm

fluctuating I think up until about four weeks ago I think I was in 11 I was like

running through through lockdown like training all the time felt fit as a butcher's dog

everything was going great and then a few weeks ago honestly my

motive I don't know where it went like I woke up one day and my motivation was just gone

like gone and I've gone back into Homer mode.

How did it happen?

What did it feel like that moment?

Honestly, I genuinely don't know.

Perma motivated you you know, Uber,

Instagram, influencer, trainer, superrunners.

I think you and I have to have a lifetime history of kind of fluctuating between you know
