Today we are talking about Boba.

Yes, and this episode was suggested by pretty much everybody, and it's taken us so too long

to get around to it.

And the sad thing is, is we're recording it on a Monday morning, but it's too early

for the local like Boba shop to be open, so we're not going to be drinking any Boba while

we record this.

Yes.

It's interesting.

There's like, you know, I noticed this like after I started going to traveling to Asia that

there's like American cafe and bakery hours, and then there's East Asian cafe and bakery

hours.

And like, so an American bakery opens at like 6.30 a.m., and a Japanese, or you know, Taiwanese

bakery or cafe opens at like 10 or 12.

Oh, okay.

So, so the Boba shop is operating on the East Asian time.

Right.

Boba shops within like a five minute walk of my apartment and both of them open at noon.

Okay.
