Michelle was raised on a nature preserve in New York,

completely ensconced in her mother's spiritual retreat center community. Michelle has always been

aware of the importance and benefits of living a conscious, healthy, and awakened life. In her personal

life, Michelle has always continued to embrace and expand upon her early learnings. And Allison, Allison graduated from Washington

University in St. Louis with a focus on communication design. She completed her studies at

the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earning accreditation from the American Association

of Drugless Practitioners. Additionally, she is a certified Reiki master. Her academic

background in the visual and healing arts has given rise to her career path as a body
