I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

How about you on the 0 to 10 scale? I think I'm going to match you actually. I'm feeling chipper. I feel like it's hard to believe it's four weeks since we last spoke because although time is standing still it's flying by as well.

Yes and I feel good.

Good so has your injury gone that's because a month ago you had that little injury

didn't you on the top of your foot?

Yes it's um it was no longer a little injury Tony it's now a catastrophe injury so I'm no

further forward in fact I took a few steps back last week and yeah this is

week five of being injured. So yeah it's not great. It's not going well.

So have you had it looked at or you mean any advice on it?

Obviously I can't go and see a physio which is a pain. I noticed Holly mentioned this last week and said,

oh it'd be so terrible at be injured at the minute and you can't get a scan and all

that and she's absolutely right it is a pain. But luckily I managed to get a virtual appointment with our friend

Noel Thatcher last week and as you know he can heal people over a telephone and because

he did with Tom we're not quite there yet but he has helped an awful lot.

So I'd had, I think last time I spoke to you I think I'd had it for about a week and

it was, I was walking on it okay by that time so I'd gone and done like a few very
