So Dr Galante is a licensed psychologist who focuses on helping children with anxiety and

has a new book out parenting anxious kids understanding anxiety in children by age and stage before we get into the super fun topic of anxiety, I was wondering who lives in your house.

So who lives in my house? It is me, my husband, and I have three girls.

I have a teenager, an 11 year old and a six year old.

Wow, that's that full house.

UN. Full house.

Yeah, how's the how's the teen life going.

And life is going.

Yeah.

I have a teen now and my most like the thing that fascinates me the most is over emphasizing their zits with stickers.

So, yeah, the star patches. I'm like, wow, look at this generation embracing their teenness. It's the best.
