All right, today's guest is a funny one. We've got Laura Green on the show.

I first learned about Laura when she did a funny skit on Instagram making fun of a bunch of us

podcast hosts and from then on she has just continued to make some really solid content over on Instagram.

She does such a good job bringing light-hearted fun to the running world and

it's been fun to see her grow and also to see how she works with

brands and how she sticks to her thing what she does yet creates these like really incredible advertisements for brands.

I mean, really they're commercials.

They have so much thought put into them.

Most of them, I would probably say most of them do. I'm sure she does

some things on a whim but most of her work has been written out she's got a

skit for it and she performs these characters so well. I listened to Laura's

episode on the Relay Podcast. She did a Behind the Running Influencer episode with Tommy Runs and Mike Coe and I

loved learning about the business side of things from her perspective. She is a doctor of physical therapy as well.

She's the mom of two expecting another this summer.

So I wanted to grab this interview before Baby came, which was exciting.

And I just love that she uses her platform,
